PRE-ORDER
Some products may be pre-ordered.
All pre-orders have their estimated wait times listed in the description. The estimated time range is not guaranteed but has been given to the best of our knowledge.
SHIPPING
Usually the products are shipped within 1-3 days after received the order. We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Express shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, standard shipping 8-15 business days. This is an estimation only and orders can take longer, or shorter!
RETURN POLICY
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery to return products to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Each country has different regulations regarding how import fees are applied and even the type of products that import fees are applied to. When your items arrive in your country, customs can contact you about the payment owed for your import duty and tax charges.
